End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

The app is for people whose company uses DUMO LOGISTIC, such as drivers, dispatchers and admins, with a login that their company gave them. Customers who only follow a tracking link do not need the app.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the app on devices you own or control, only for your work with a company that uses DUMO LOGISTIC, for as long as that company's account is active and you have a login.

• copy, change, sell, rent or lend the app, or make it available to others;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code, except where the law allows it;
• remove or hide any copyright, trademark or other notices;
• use the app to get around security, reach another company's data, or send false locations;
• use the app in a way that breaks the law or our Terms of Use.

The driver app asks for your agreement before it shares your location. It shares your location only while a delivery is "On the way", and it can keep doing so in the background while that delivery runs, with a notification on your phone. You can stop it by completing the delivery or by turning off location permission in your phone settings. Our Privacy Policy explains what is collected and who sees it.

We may release updates to fix problems, improve security or add features. Some updates may be needed to keep using the app. This licence applies to every update unless the update comes with its own terms.

If you got the app from an app store such as Google Play, that store's rules also apply. The store is not responsible for the app or for support; we are. If anything in this licence conflicts with the store's required terms, the store's terms apply to that point.

The app, its design, the DUMO LOGISTIC name and logo, and all related rights belong to us or our licensors. This licence gives you no rights to them except the right to use the app as described here.

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always work without interruption or errors. Positions and arrival times depend on your phone, its GPS, the mobile network and services such as Google Maps.

Our liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Use. Nothing in this licence limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

This licence ends automatically if you break it, if your login is removed, or if your company stops using DUMO LOGISTIC. When it ends, stop using the app and delete it from your devices.

This licence is governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
