1. How to send a notice
Email the contact details on our Contact page with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- what work you own, or are allowed to act for (for example, a photo or a logo);
- where the copy is on DUMO LOGISTIC: the web address, or a description detailed enough for us to find it;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed by you, your agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you own the copyright or may act for the owner;
- your signature (a typed name is fine).
2. What we do
- We check that the notice is complete. If something is missing we will ask you for it.
- We remove or block the material promptly, usually within 48 hours of a complete notice.
- We tell the company or person who uploaded it, and give them a copy of the notice.
3. If your material was removed (counter-notice)
If you believe the material was removed by mistake or that you are allowed to use it, email the contact details on our Contact page with the subject "Counter-notice" and include: your name and contact details, what was removed and where it was, a statement in good faith that it was removed by mistake or that you may use it, and your signature. We pass the counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 working days that they have started legal action, we may restore the material.
4. Repeat infringers
We may suspend or close the accounts of companies or users who repeatedly upload material that infringes copyright.
5. False notices
Please be accurate. Under Malaysian law, a person who sends a false notice may be liable for the damage it causes, and under the DMCA knowingly false claims can lead to liability for costs and damages.
